shipping overpayment or underpayment
I have been selling on Ebay for several years. recently I have been given notices from Ebay that some of items have either been underpaided or overpaid. This has only been in the last two months. I thought it was my scale so I bought a new with no sucess. I always up the weight by 6 ozs. Any ideas what I need to do to correct this problem. Thanks
