Shipping overdue
Shipping is overdue because the buyer has disputed the purchase with their bank/credit card company. So I have a shipping overdue message. How to fix that and relist the item

Mentor2 years agoHave you responded to the dispute? The dispute should cancel the transaction after you say refund buyer.
In the meantime, you can use sell similar to relist the item.
I would also put the buyer on your blocked list - https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
