Shipping overage paid by the seller.
I had four packages returned for insufficient postage. I couldn't adjust the original shipping label with the correct weight and pay the postage due in the manage shipping page. I was forced to purchase new shipping labels. Basically double paying for shipping. How can I receive a partial refund due to shipping overage paid?
