Shipping over charge

I use calculated shipping. It may be only the first time I noticed, but I was charged more for the shipping label for my most recent sale than the buyer paid. I listed this item two days ago. The label is based on the exact weight and size of the package. Why? And how do I get my money back?

@wnc.usa This is most likely because of the 8% USPS postage price increase that went in to affect today.

If the item sold before the price increase then the shipping calculator would have reflected the old shipping costs.

Going forward as long as you use calculated shipping the 8% surcharge will be factored in.
