Shipping outside the U.S.
I recently sold an item and the buyer is in Guam. Every time I have shipped anything outside the U.S. I have used the international shipping where you ship to a center and they ship it from there. I only charged $4 for shipping, but it's estimated to cost around $40!! Should I offer the buyer the item still just with adjusted shipping cost. Or cxl the order. Thanks in advance.
