Shipping outside of the US
I sold a card to someone who lives outside of the United States but the buyer says they have an APO AE address and is suppose to be treated like shipping from one state in the US to another state. I tried purchasing a shipping label on eBay but it won't allow me too

You should be able to purchase a ground advantage label to a military address, but probably need to enter info for the customs declaration.
What kind of error message are you getting?
