Shipping out of country
My item says I only ship with media mail inside the US. Potential buyer is in Mexico. How do I politely say I cannot ship to Mexico?

Mentor1 year ago@rheisel You do have a long exclusion list on your active listing and most recently sold item. It doesn't appear to have Mexico excluded. This just means that the buyer can TRY purchase but won't be able to pay since there is no shipping method to Mexico. You just need to cancel the order as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the item on the sold list> https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
Your item ONLY offers shipping to the US.
Exclusion lists can be set up in account settings> https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
However the exclusion list really isn't needed if you just block buyers in locations you do not ship to in account settings Buyer Requirements>

Block buyers in locations you do not ship to.
AND block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in 12 months.

OP1 year agoI looked over how i listed the item. I dont see where to exclude any country
