Shipping options changed
I put an item for sale and selected the $1.25 shipping rate. The buyer paid $1.25, but when I go to purchase the label, the service type changed to USPS Ground Advantage and the rate is $4.08 to buy the label. The buyer still only paid $1.25. I'm not getting an option to go back to the original standard shipping of $1.25. This is the 2nd time this has happened, and the first time the sale was only $5, so I ended up losing on the sale. How can I change this? Thank you!

Mentor1 year ago@edccollectibles The card on the 9th sold for $27.60 so it was no longer eligible for ESD shipping. It is only for select items up to $20 sale price.
On your last sale ESD should have been an option on the label page for you to select since it sold for $6.99. You did have Free Shipping on the listing meaning the buyer didn't pay the $1.25

You can contact customer service and report the issue but you might have to end up eating the cost if you can't select ESD on the label page.
