Why can't I use USPS Media mail to ship a magazine. Ebay will only allow me to use USPS ground Advantage for more money that the buyer didn't provide

Some items that qualify for Media Mail
- Books
- Music CDs, cassettes, albums
- VHS/DVD movies
Some items that don't qualify
Comics
Magazines
Newspapers
Yearbooks
Catalogs
Software
Video games
Blank media
If it is the Delaware magazine, you listed as USPS First Class Large Envelope. That method has no tracking at all.
Use Ground Advantage. Go through your listings and look for other shipping issues.
Anything with advertising, even decades-old ads, doesn't qualify for Media Mail. The USPS has very strict rules.
