Shipping options
I have sold an item. The buyer paid for USPS First Class Large Envelope. When I go to print up his label, it is not giving me this option. It is making me use USPS Ground Advantage which costs more than the item plus shipping sold for. Since the dimensions are listed the same on the listing and when I try to print the label, why is that option not available to me. If the size was too big, then it should not have let the buyer use this option either. Please help me so I can ship the item to the buyer.

·2 years agoThe postage for Large envelope doesn't come with tracking so eBay doesn't offer that label.
But you can still mail them using stamps or taking it to the Post office.
