shipping only refunds
Can I refund on shipping only if I charged too much. Not a combined purchase but I had the wrong weight on the ad & didn't notice.

Yes you can send a buyer a partial refund for the shipping. Go to the sold item and in the drop down menu is the send refund option. Enter the amount and select a reason.
