Shipping on time or shipping well
I have an order for 22x18 framed pictures. I am waiting for a delivery of appropriate boxes that is supposed to come today but it may not come or it may come after the post office is closed. I can build a frankenbox but I'm really concerned that's a bad choice for these items. I don't want to ship late but I don't want to have the items break. What can I do?

What I would do in your case is contact the buyer and let them know about the delay in shipping and why. This way they hopefully will not leave a negative feedback.
Then in regards to the late shipment you will have a late shipping defect on your seller record so be sure to try and not get any more. One won't hurt you too much as long as it's shipped soon.

for future, don't list items u don't have proper packaging for
