Shipping of purchases
I ordered and paid for an iPad on 6/27/23 and it’s still not showing that it’s shipped yet. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the seller to no avail. I also tried calling eBay customer service and they haven’t returned my calls. Any suggestions?

Mentor3 years agoThere isn’t anything you can do until the item is late - the estimated delivery date is what you agreed to when you made your purchase.
After the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
