Shipping Not Showing Service I choose when listed then Sold

Question

I sold 2 items both I listed with Priority Medium Flate Rate, the Shipping Label I choose, when I go to print the label it won't let me choose Priority Medium Flat Rate, only Large Flate Rate Priority or Fed Ex Shipping pops up.

Do you have the size listed in the details when you try to buy the label?

If the size you have listed is too big for the flat rate box, it may not give you the option;

Medium Flat Rate options: 11-1/4" x 8-3/4" x 6" or side-loading 14-1/8" x 12" x 3-1/2"

Try inputting 11 x 8 x 4 and see if it shows up.
