Shipping Not Refunded
I have returned an item and the seller deducted the shipping. The listing stated that the seller pays for returns. I would have not made the purchase if I had to pay the return shipping. I contacted the seller and they said because of the quick shipping they will not return the shipping costs. This make no sense to me. I have tried to contact Ebay regarding this but chat does not work and when they call my phone won't accept the call. This is so frustrating.

Mentor2 weeks agoIn order for the seller to pay the return shipping, you should have filed a Returns Request. Depending on the reason for the return, and the seller's return policy, determines who pays return shipping. For Item Not as Described/damaged, seller always pays return shipping.

OP2 weeks agoI did file a return request. They sent a return label. Then when they rec'd the item it was refunded minus the shipping. The listing didn't state that certain criteria had to be met to have the shipping cost returned as well. It just said sell pays for returns.
