Shipping Not calculating correctly,
I have sold items and the shipping is not correct.... anyone having this issue.
I have to do my labels on the USPS site to come out correctly ( but no discount like Ebay provides)
Seems to always happen when they do a rate Increase.... ugggg

What was the date of the purchase, and the date you purchased the shipping label (or actually more to the point, the ship date on the label you purchased)?
It's possible you had a sale go through with the old rate, but then by the time you were purchasing the label the rates had changed. Not a lot that can be done about that if so, but it's a short-lived issue.
The other possibility is that you're not entering your shipping weight and dimensions correctly on the listing for the final packaged shipment, and then when you go to print the label and put in the correct dimensions the cost updates to reflect that.

OP1 year agoThe new rate took effect on the 13th for all sellers.
Example rate 8/oz on Ebay site is calculating 9.40 ground advantage and on the USPS direct site its 5.02 (not exacts) but you get where i am going. ITS not calculating our shipping correctly .
I have sold for years on Ebay and every time the rates change there are issues, Just wanted to know if anyone else is seeing this.
