Shipping no-show
Shipping label bought from eBay, tracking provided, lost in the mail.... I thought buying the label from eBay "protected" me from refunding buyers in these situations. HELP

Tracking protects you from an Item Not Received claim -- if you have a delivery scan, but not before that.
If a package is lost in transit, that is what shipping insurance is for. When your buyer files an INR, refund your buyer and then pursue an insurance claim with your shipping service.
