You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file an Item not received claim through eBay via the item(s) in your purchase history. If you are past the 30 days you will have to use a PayPal claim (if you purchased with that account) or a credit card charge back (if you used a credit card). In the future only wait one day past the original delivery date to file a claim.
