Shipping my item

Question

Recently bought a pair of Jordanâ€™s on here. It was said that they would be shipped within 2 days of purchasing it. It has been a whole week. A little confused on regards of where my package is, and if it is ever going to be shipped out. All I have for info is that tracking info was provided, not that it was even shipped to eBayâ€™s authenticator. The seller is NOT responding to messages aswell. Can anybody help?? What do i do?

Go to your Purchase History, find the item and look at the Order details for the estimated date of delivery. Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
