Shipping multiplies of same item, shipping cost not reflected
Recently sold a lot of 3 products which are big and do not really nest together. My "listing" is for one item and you can buy multiplies if you want. So then my shipping charge is calculated off of the info I put in it. 4# and 24x14x8 ships out one product. Pretty standard stuff. But when my customer purchased three products the shipping charge from ebay to them was roughly $23 dollars., the cost of shipping one product. My cost after using a box big enough 32x16x16 was $51.. What do I need to change to reflect the actual cost of shipping multiple items
