Shipping multiple sales
If you offer flat rate shipping and multiple items are sold why is only one shipping charged?

Make sure your Combined shipping settings are the way you want them on this page:
Shipping Preferences (ebay.com)
Mine are set so that ALL chipping costs are added together on a multiple purchase, then I can Refund the overage once everything is packed. I also use the Calculated setting NOT Flat rate, not sure if that affects you or not because I never used that setting.
