Shipping multiple packages for one transaction
Hey everyone! This is probably a super dumb question, but I’d love any advice you beauties may have. Ok so, I just sold an ice cream maker and included the 2 extras containers purchased separately. Both never opened and in original boxes, etc etc. the maker itself is fairly big- 17lbs with dimensions of
17â€x8â€x17.â€
The additional items I included in the listing (which I am now realizing was a not worth it, and not great decision, lesson learned for future) in the separate box, holding the 2 extra containers is 1 lb 1oz, and has dimensions of 10â€x5â€x5â€
the next box up, that I could find, or even make (I do that all the time! Do you guys?) was going to add nearly $20 to the already $23 in calculated shipping the buyer had to pay, at which point, why should a buyer even buy from me, when they can get the exact thing at a store, with a return policy, and pay the same price. So, I try really hard to be fairly priced, but also I’m just a stay at home mom, not a business, so I only have so much room for loss, but I do require the buyer to pay the calculated shipping cost. Even so, I work my dangdest to make sure the item is safely packaged, but also packaged for economy to lessen the shipping burden on them.
OK! Now to my actual question. I have decided to ship the ice cream maker separately from the extra containers. Is there anywhere on eBay, like maybe in my seller portal- possibly an option to send an additional item to a buyer (at my own cost obviously) but still receiving the eBay shipping discount?

You can purchase up to 5 labels per order - shipping in multiple boxes is not unusual on bulky items.
After you purchase and print the first label, go back to your sold orders or to your label history, and select get another label (Not reprint). Change the weight and dimensions, then purchase and print.
