Shipping multiple items to one buyer

Question

Sold 3 items to same buyer and shipped using 1 label and tracking number. Marked the other 2 items as shipped and added the main tracking number to the order. Buyer confirmed receipt of all 3 items. Only 1 item/tracking number now reflects "delivered." How do I get the other 2 items marked as delivered so I can get paid?

At this point there isn't anything you can do. You will get paid on the other 2 orders, after 30 days.

For the Future

- If the buyer pays for more than 1 item separately, you can combine the orders before selecting a label using the "bulk shipping" tool on the browser.

Put a check mark to the left of your items on this page

Select "Shipping" above

On the next screen it will ask if you want to 'combine' the orders. Check that box.

Enter the weight and dimensions for the package and print your label.

This way the tracking will be on all the orders.
