Shipping multiple boxes in one order

How do I charge for multiple boxes in one order? I am shipping encyclopedias and I need to put them into 4 separate boxes. How do I calculate that for the buyer so that they know this before purchasing?

@kapptv8 I would use Media Mail on the listing. Media Mail is charged based on weight ONLY, not distance to the buyer or package dimensions.

This means you can look up the cost to ship each box and charge a flat rate for the total of all boxes OR add it to the asking price and have "Free Shipping". https://www.ebay.com/shp/calc/rates

Afraid the calculator does not handle multiple boxes and your weight will exceed the workaround.

Best thing to do is set up and Use a Shipping Rate Table and link it to this listing. This will assign a flat rate to each shipping zone and should get you pretty close to the correct amount.
