Shipping more than one purchase to same person
I had same person buy twice and I packaged the two sales in one box. I'm showing one of the two items not shipped. I can't get through to EBay to fix this. It's a miracle if I get the contact Ebay agent, ever! Please help me. I'm worried they'll cancel the order because it's not showing shipped. Kind Regards, Lill

Mentor4 months agoIf the package has already shipped, go to the second item in your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Click the 3 dots, click Mark as shipped. Sometimes you can copy/paste the tracking number into the transaction, so do that if ebay allows you to do so.
If this happens again, come to the forum and we can explain how to combine 2 orders into one package and show the tracking for both items.
