Shipping mixup
I received an order on May 8. I shipped the order on the 12th and it was delivered today. However, the buyer emailed me saying she received a different item. The different item that was purchased by a different buyer in another state. I mailed that item on May 14th. Now, I am new to ebay labels and it is possible I reprinted the label from the May 8th order and used it for the second item. But my issue is this - the usps jas confirmed the original order was delivered today. The buyer says she did not receive it. Im very confused. Any ideas how I can resolve this. Thank you

You'll need to contact your buyers to see what they got.
Send them labels to return the incorrect item to you.
Then mail them the correct items.
Check the USPS website for actual tracking to see the delivery zip code.

You may have sent both items to the same buyer.

OP4 months agoThank you for your response. One buyer has not responded at all. I sent the buyer that received the wrong order an ebay return label and something suspicious happened. Within less than 2 minutes after I sent the label, the buyer sent me a usps receipt but it was only the bottom half of the receipt. I thought that was really fast, getting the label and then mailing within a few minutes. I asked for the top half of the receipt with the pertinent info and ......crickets.

That receipt seems odd unless they had already mailed it back.
Check the USPS website for actual tracking to see the delivery zip code for both shipments.
