Shipping mix up
I received a shipping label, not a qr code. I voided the label, but it still shows the buyer that it has been shipped. I need to cancel everything and start over by getting a qr code to actually ship it. He still wants the item and it has been packaged and ready to go for weeks now. I can't get anywhere with it since it shows as shipped. Help me please!

Mentor3 years ago@momcrea_27 Go to the sold item and select Print ANOTHER label from the drop down menu next to the item. Next be sure to select QR code at the bottom of the label screen.
The item will have two tracking numbers. There is no way to remove the old one. You have a VERY patient buyer.
I strongly recommend reaching out for help much sooner next time you have a problem.
