Shipping mishap
I mixed up 2 items that went to Michigan on the same day. I sent each buyers item to the other person. Does anyone know how I can resolve this situation. One of the buyers offered to meet the other buyer to swap items but I’m not too comfortable being a arty to that.

·3 years agoThat's very kind of that buyer, but it is not done that way.
Have each buyer open a Return Request to the right of the item on their Purchase history. You accept and then issue a Prepaid Return Shipping Label for each. Reship to correct buyers when received. Contact all buyers to let them know.
