Shipping luxury item to Hong Kong
Hello, I am enrolled in EIS and have a potential customer who wants to purchase a Chanel handbag (under 2500) and has asked me to "add" Hong Kong to my shipping locations. Is this going to cost me more or cause problems with authentication and/or shipping to hub? I'm concerned if they try to say they didn't receive it or want a refund or something of that nature.

Mentor3 weeks agoI would also add additional insurance in addition to the Signature Required option. Since the item is being shipped to the EIS hub, I don't believe it will go to the authenticator.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you are enrolled in EIS and that option is on the listing, you need do nothing. EIS will show the buyer the total cost to ship to them, if EIS allows shipping to Hong Kong and you have not excluded it. Make sure to have signature confirmation when you ship to the EIS hub.
