Mentor10 months ago@marysm_3646 You need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund the buyer. Relist with shipping only so they can buy again. Cancel is in the drop down menu next to the sold item.
I know that this seems like a lot of steps but it is the only way that you will have tracking to prove delivery AND the buyers address.
