If you are referring to a Ground Advantage label versus a Hazardous Materials label, if you purchased a Ground Advantage label but need a Hazardous one, you would have up to 28 days to cancel the wrong label. You would then see your refund in approximately 21 days.
You can then purchase a Hazardous label by checking the Hazardous Materials box on the shipping label page. This is below the weight and dimensions. There is a tiny box to check for Hazardous.
