Shipping late
I have a custom order ebay says ship by Sept 8th. 30 days from order placed. I may need another week or so. Is there a way to change the ship by date? My customer is OK with the later date.

Mentor11 months agoSorry no. You set the handling time when you made the listing and it cannot be changed once the item is paid for. If you do not ship by that date you will received a defect on your account. eBay will not accept any excuses for not shipping on time.
