Mentor1 week agoCall your Fed Ex and UPS office with the weight and dimensions of the size of the package and see if they can use their freight option to ship your hood. If not, then you will need to contact a freight moving company to see what they will charge to ship your package. If you are not willing to pay the shipping charge, you will need to file a cancellation, and relist the item with the appropriate shipping option.

Mentor1 week agoYou listed the item with USPS ground advantage. That was the reason the buyer chose that shipping.
You need to figure out how to package the item and ship it. Explain to the buyer that USPS won't take the package and give him the options you find when you find a carrier to ship.
You will have to pay for the shipping and cannot ask the buyer to pay more.
It's unlikely, but the buyer may not agree with the new shipping option and may want to cancel. If they really want that item, they probably will ask you to ship, even with a different carrier.
