Shipping Large Letter Envelope
Greetings,
For the 3rd time this week. I have found when I chose Large Letter Envelope USPS when creating the listing that when I go to ship the item the option is not available even though the envelope is in the parameters set by USPS.
The 1st time resulted in a 40 minute call with no satisfactory resolve.
Many of my items go eBay envelope and others Ground Advantage occasionally this option is best for shipping some lower priced items that exceed eBay standard envelope. I have one hypothesis but like to hear other thoughts or resolve with this frustrating issue.
Thank you in advance!

·2 years agoThe Large envelope postage doesn't come with tracking so eBay doesn't have a label for it.
But you can still use it by using stamps or taking it to the Post office.
But you will not have tracking for seller protection.
