shipping Lable error. Now prints my full name and not my business name.
When I print a label these past 2 days, where is says from, now appears my full name and not Portobello Road even though it shows Portobello Road before printing. How do I correct this?

OP2 years agoYes, I double-checked, and it's still correct, it has been correct for the last 20 years. All of a sudden, it changed last week my full name.
