If you received a link to print a return label, you must be signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase in order to print the label using the link. If you purchased as a guest, you must sign out of your current eBay account first before using the link.
If you have already been refunded, the link will no longer work. If a seller refunds you without waiting for the item to be returned, eBay will assume that the seller does not want the item back and the link will no longer work in that case, and the seller will not be charged for the shipping label.
