I was charged for a shipping lable I did not use and the tracking number is wrong so will my funds be released when the item get there

Did you purchase both labels through eBay shipping and have both tracking numbers on the order? If so you can void the unused to get a refund, in most cases. That will remove the unused tracking number from the order.
Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

If you purchased the second label directly from the carrier you will need to add the tracking to the order manually. Go to your orders page and in the drop down menu for the item is the add tracking option.
