Shipping labels won't print - downloads as pdf file instead since the new apple update,
When I went to print a packing slip all I got was blank, then once I figured things out I have to make a new step by downloading a pdf, then I can print the packing slip - which the pdf now saves on my Mac which will take up more of my time and space by having to delete it. Is this going to be fixed or is there a work around. We all spend too much time listing as it is and hope someone can tell me a fix or eBay make a fix. Thanks! - Just frustrated.

Mentor9 months agoCheck your print preview (or the mac equivalent) page to make sure you have your printer selected; if the printer is not available the default may be to save as a PDF, I believe.
Check your browser settings to see how PDFs are handled. You can typically set those files to open within the browser using a utility, or choose a specific PDF reader, or else save as a PDF file.
