shipping labels with insurance
When I click the button additional liability coverage with USPS, an error message comes up "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try later". Labels without that additional insurance work fine.
I have this problem for 5 weeks now, called ebay 4 times and it is still not working. I need your help. Is anybody else experiencing this?

Mentor4 months agoWhen I have a package going out totaling more than $100, I select to use ShipCover insurance because it is cheaper than the USPS insurance.

OP4 months agoyes, this is exactly what I did before. But unfortunately since a couple weeks, this option creates the error message and I have to purchase extra insurance at the post office which is significantly more expensive.
