@prim66 It's because you are shipping with Fed Ex ground economy so you can NOT buy more shipping insurance. It comes with a $100 insurance

HOWEVER Fed Ex will say that the loss or damage occurred when USPS had the package and they very rarely pay in claims.

Fed Ex is also known for adding surcharges and billing you later.

I would let the buyer know that I am giving them a free upgrade to UPS if that is ok with them and buy the UPS label on Pirateship.com They charge the same prices as eBay but help with surcharge disputes and insurance claims. You can then insure the package for more.
