ebay charged me for shipping labels I didn't use - how to set my account to not being rubbed again

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
In the future, do not click Get a shipping label. You will need to manually upload the tracking number from wherever you purchase your shipping labels so you can get paid in a timely manner.
