Shipping labels printed but parts never shipped by Chinese sellers?
What is it with the timewasting shell companies selling parts on Ebay at attractive prices but then not shipping them? Is there a way that a sale that shows tracking number provided but never becomes trackable can be somehow penalized? This is a huge waste of time. They state the parts are in the US but they do not seem to be able to get them out.
