Shipping Labels - Accidently purchased two labels for one item - Refund for additional label?
Hello!
I sold an item and I printed the shipping label before I measured and weighed my package and I realized this after I purchased the label and afixed it to the package. I knew this item weighed more than the shipping label I purchased indicated so I weighed and measure my item....entered the details and dicovered that the label was going to cost and additional $3 so I puchased another label that accounted to the accurate weight and measurement of this package. How do I secure a refund for the accidental first label that I purchased?

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
