Shipping labels
Why does eBay charge the seller to print a shipping label? The buys have already paid for shipping, so the shipping label is included. I notice that no other seller site (fb Markert place, Mercari, WhatNot) charges the seller for printing a shipping label on their own personal printer.

The seller has to pay for a shipping label because the seller is the one with a package that needs to be shipped, and the shipping service will not ship unless someone pays.

The buyer pays the seller's shipping charges so that the seller can purchase the shipping label since the seller is the one that has to ship the item.
