Shipping Labels
Hello All,
I am new to using ebay and am having trouble printing 4x6 labels. I am using ebay to ship and after my first sale ebay provided a prepaid label but it did not print as 4x6 and I tried formatting on my own, but I don't think it's supposed to be this difficult. I've seen other people have the choice to select the label size before buying it, but I don't see that option. Is it because I'm new and don't have that option yet? Appreciate the advice and help.

This is what it looks like for regular labels
Website
There is a Print Format "Change" button on the lower right-hand side of the Print Shipping Label screen.
- If you don't see something like this to the right on the shipping screen, click the "Show additional shipping options" on the upper right, then look again.
Click the "Change" and you can select PDF or PNG and the layout. For a label printer, choose (4x6) or (7x2)
On the App,
Get Shipping Label
