Why am I being charged for shipping labels when customers paid shipping and how do I get a refund for labels that are duplicates?

Mentor1 month agoBuyer pay you for the item and the shipping cost you put in the listing. You then buy the shipping labels and pay the actual postage whether higher or lower.
Check for duplicates and cancel the unused label here:
