Shipping Labels
How can a person print out a shipping labels without having a printer, I'd like to start selling some items but without owning a printer. Are there other ways?

Mentor1 month agoDepending on your location, many post offices now have kiosks where you can enter the buyer's name/address and print the label there for you to apply to your package and charge your credit card. You then enter the tracking number from the receipt into the ebay transaction.

OPSep 6, 2026 at 6:46 PMWe don't have any kiosks at our post office, I do thank you for the heads up but sadly it doesn't look for me on selling anything on ebay.

Mentor1 month agoYou can have a QR code made and the shipping carrier will scan it to print the label. There is one thing to know about the QR code and that is you cannot rush to the shipping carrier as it can take at least an hour for the shipping carriers system to know that they have been paid for the label. If you go to quickly they can deny the label as not paid for.

OP1 month agoIt sounds way to complated for me because I'm not very savvy with using electronics so I guess I'll have to pass on trying to sell anything on ebay, but I do thank you for your response.

You can buy your label as a QR code. The carrier then prints the label for you - your PO may have an automated stations where you scan the code and it prints, or you may have to wait in line and have the clerk scan and print it. The same for UPS and FedEx.

OP1 month agoI do thank you for your response, but it sounds way to complated for me to even understand as I'm not very savvy with using electronics. So I guess there be no selling on ebay for me going forward.

Mentor1 month ago@randy5wv6 I'm not much of a techy but it's really not too hard. You just select the QR code option on the label page. Then show the code at the post office on your phone.
