I cannot get my labels to print on any computer

1) You can go to the post office and buy labels.
If it's too late today for the Post Office sign up for Pirate Ship dot com and buy USPS labels there. (it's cheaper actually)
2) I am not sure why you are getting the error - do you have 'Available funds" or a PayPal account linked below?) Worry about this later, get your items shipped.
3) after you have bought labels outside of eBay, add your tracking numbers
-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.
The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number)
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- From More actions, select Add tracking number.
- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
- Select Submit.

4) Don't leave the packages in a bin - either scan at the kiosk or get a postal employee to scan.
5) Update the rest of your listings to USPS, not UPS shipping

OP2 months agoThank you for your help, this is driving me crazy. I'm the kind of person that does what I say I'm going to do and then when I can't it's making me a little nuts. I do have funds in my eBay account, also I have items that are being shipped out and items that are still listed. This is honestly driving me bonkers, I don't understand why I can't use the system that I was using up until Sunday night. Again though thank you

If you account is restricted, they may not be allowing you to use 'Available funds'
To pay for a label, you either need
1) Available funds
2) Paypal linked to pay for labels
Get your items shipped and on the way.
Things will get straightened out when your items are delivered.

OP2 months agoI too don't understand why I can't print labels on Sunday I printed two and had 3 left to print and that's when I received this message "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label." Now my QR codes are not working either.

What happens when you select print a label? Do you get a message?
Are you using a computer or a phone?
Label printer or paper printer
