How do you go about getting your funds back for being charged for two shipping labels when it was only one item that was shipped?

If you purchased two labels, with different tracking numbers, and you will only be using one of them, you can go to your Shipping Labels page and cancel the unused label. You should then see your refund in approximately 21 days.
This only applies is the two labels have two different tracking numbers.

OP4 months agoThank you so much I do appreciate that I am new to eBay and I thought I read a majority of some of the do's and don'ts and other instructions on first time eBay sellers but I still have much to learn Thank you kindly.
