SHIPPING LABELS
SHIPPING LABELS: I am a new seller. I thought that I was going to a page to enter the size and weight of my package, but that never occurred. In trying to locate that page I selected "print label" 4 times, although I only actually printed the label once. You can see in my shippments page that one label is in transit; the other 3 are "manifest" and will not be used. May I receive a refund of the $15 I was charged for the three unused labels?

Yes, you can get a refund
Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
(eBay Standard Envelopes are an exception. Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is purchased/printed. https://pages.ebay.com/sell/standarddelivery/termsofservice.html)
